GF series of carbonated soft drink canning machine, it is a monoblock unit, integrated with filling and seaming machine. It is suitable for all kinds of carbonated beverage, such as carbonated soft drink, sparkling water, soda water and so on.

Filling part

Adopted Germany tech anti-corrosion non-maintaining bearing that can reduce the pollution of filling to the environment.

The pressure mechanical valve is introduced the advanced foreign design with a fast filling speed, no hygiene corner pocket, a few sealing parts, and precise liquid level control. The whole valve is made of 304 stainless steel.

The filling system can connect a CIP circulation system to wash the pipeline.This system can clean the liquid pipe, liquid tank and filling valve etc. effectively.

 

 

Sealing part
The cap screwing machine is composed of frame, slide way, cap screwing device, transmission and others.
The transmission of the cap screwing machine is drive to the gear by the reduce, the power is transferred to the cap screwing head through the hollow main axle.
The can is not rotating, the four small rolls will rotate and press cap. The cam is fixed. The cap is sent into the gear ring of the screwing cap head through the stirring device and slide way. When there is a can on the convey belt, a cap will move down with the rotating of the screwing cap head and screw the cap on the can mouth.
