Complete set 8000BPH small bottle drinking mineral water filling machine
CGF series of water filling machine, it is a monoblock unit, integrated with washing filling and capping machine. It is suitable for all kinds of non-gas beverage, such as mineral water, pure water, spring water, still water, wine and so on. It adopts hanging type air conveyor to make change bottle model more convenient, faster and cleaner. The main machine adopts advanced PLC control technology, the key electric elements adopt international famous products or according to your requirements.

Automatic bottle blowing machine
It is suitable for producing PET plastic containers and bottles in all shapes.
It is widely used to produce the pure water bottle, mineral water bottle, carbonated drink bottle, juice hot fill bottle and oil bottle etc.
Washing machine
304 stainless steel washing pumpsAfter the bottle enters the main machine, it enters the rinser through the transmission star wheel. The bottle clamp holds the bottle mouth and turns it upward 180° along the rinse rail, so that the bottle mouth faces downward. In the specific area of the rinser (determined by the water distribution plate - the rinse water is pumped into the water distribution plate by the rinse water pump, and then distributed to the rinse clamp through 8 pipes), the rinse clamp nozzle sprays the rinse water to rinse the inner wall of the bottle. After rinsing and draining, the bottle is clamped by the bottle clamp and then turned downward 180° along the guide rail, so that the bottle mouth faces upward.
Filling machine
High-precision, high-speed filling valves are used, with accurate liquid level and no liquid loss, ensuring excellent filling quality; the valve will not be opened when there is no bottle, so as not to cause liquid loss and ensure excellent filling quality; the filling valve is made of high-quality stainless steel, and the sealing adopts a conical surface, which is easy to clean and scale-free. The filling process is completed after the bottle mouth contacts the filling valve, and the filling valve is opened. The filling valve is equipped with a flow control mechanism, which can set the flow rate within a certain range according to actual needs.
Capping machine
After filling, the bottle enters the capping machine through the transmission star wheel. The anti-rotation knife on the capping machine clamps the bottleneck and works together with the bottleneck guard plate outside the capping machine to keep the bottle upright and prevent rotation. The capping head revolves and rotates under the drive of the capping machine main shaft, and realizes the actions of grabbing, putting on, screwing and removing the cap under the action of the cam to complete the entire capping process.
Automatic shrink sleeve labeling machine
It consists of auto labeling machine, heat shrink tunnel and steam generator.
This machine adopts international advanced technology, cover the circle label on the pet bottle. And then hot shrinking to fix on the position which bottle body designated.
Automatic PE film wrapping machine
To pack several bottles into one package, make it easier for delivery.
You can decide 24 bottles one package, 12 bottles one package, etc. It is changeable.
