It is our new servo piston filling machine. It is suitable for the filling of tomato sauce, paste, ketchup, mayonnaise and so on.
It adopts PLC and touch screen control panel for control material. It is characterized by accurate measuring, advanced structure, stable operating, low noise, large adjusting range, fast filling speed. Operators adjust and meter figure in the touch screen control panel, also can adjust metering of each filling head.

Pasteurization

It is usually used after sauce finished hot filling and sealing, when enter the spray tunnel, the water with the function of high-pressure pump, uniformly spray on the bottle body. The bottles move slowly in the chain, when they are out the tunnel, they can reach the normal temperature, then achieve the purpose of cooling. This machine can also be used for secondary sterilization for sauce.
